Lihle Sibusisiwe Mkhonza

At 22 years old, I may be the youngest in Cerenity, but I carry a heart that beats loud for the things of God—especially when it comes to reaching the youth and empowering young women. Many say I bring a special kind of light when I walk into a room—joyful, bubbly, and just the right amount of goofy. I love making people laugh, but even more, I love seeing people awakened to their worth in Christ.

I sing Tenor in the group, often serving faithfully in the background, but lately, I’ve felt God calling me to rise—to find my wings in leadership and step boldly into the space He’s prepared for me. Cerenity’s vision of “making God famous in our generation” isn’t just a tagline to me—it’s a personal mission. Whether I’m on stage or behind the scenes, my heart is set on making Jesus known.

Outside of music, I’m studying Media Practices, majoring in Advertising—a field that’s helped stir my creativity and passion for storytelling. I also find joy in cooking, painting, and expressing the beauty of life in artistic ways.

Everything I do, I do with the desire to reflect the love, freedom, and truth found in Jesus. I believe that every melody, every word, and every moment is an opportunity to bring heaven a little closer to earth.
